Our legal system (based on the Old Testament in the Bible) is founded on the principle of the 'corroborative witness'. Evidence is only legally accepted in the court of law if more than one person presents it.

In our business the same principle operates: if someone else (especially a complete stranger - explain that!) confirms what you say to be true, then it's believable. Strange but true.
