Our Vision Statement:

One of the key objectives of Team JP Wellness Partners is to unite a team of fitness professionals that share our vision. We don't want everybody to be with us at Team JP, but we do want everybody with Team JP to have a great time building their business and helping others achieve great health and financial freedom. To achieve this vision we need to understand that we only want those who are aligned with our philosophy and who see what we are all about to join with us.

When you understand this, you will see very quickly that our work in developing “Wellness Partners” with Team JP is all about finding great people in the industry, sharing our vision and our mission with them, building great relationships with them, and working together with them to ensure their success. When we are focused on the success of those we bring into our Team, we automatically achieve success ourselves. What an amazing way to spend each day!

90% of the population is falling short of the recommended minimum intake of fruits and vegetables micronutrients every single day. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand that this is directly responsible for the dramatic decline in health over the last 50 years. Poor diet and lifestyle choices are a catalyst for obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, stroke and other conditions which shorten life - unnecessarily.

Our mission is a simple one. To lead a change in the health and wellness of the population we only need to make one decision, a decision that is already a part of our duty of care as health and fitness professionals. By deciding to take a few moments of additional time with our clients, colleagues, family, friends and anyone that we come into contact with, to share information with them about a very simple change they can make to their daily routine is where it starts.

As individuals we can only reach a finite number of people and change the health and wellness of the few…as a united team with a strong sense of purpose and mission we can reach an infinite number of people and change the health and wellness of the many. We know that not everyone wants to hear the message of health, that is irrelevant: the only thing we need to concern ourselves with is helping those who do.
Let me ask you this question: If someone in your family could live a longer, happier, healthier life would you want that for them? Would you share something with them that would absolutely increase their chances of that occurring?

One of the key areas that I want us to work on as a core business development team is our culture. My personal vision for the culture that we build at Team JP is one that:

It is up to us to grow the culture we want to develop our business in and it starts with us. Our own personal attitude to what we do each day in our business, to Juice PLUS+, to our team upline, downline and sideline is our choice. To build a great culture we must be accountable and recognise that it is up to us as business leaders to create the culture, and we must work on ourselves each day to ensure that we are approaching our business in a manner which reflects the culture in which we wish to operate.

To achieve our mission, we must recruit the willing help and assistance of our peers in the fitness industry. For those who share our philosophy and join with Team JP we have a responsibility to work with them, to equip them, and to empower them to share the Juice PLUS+ product, and the Team JP Wellness Partners Opportunity with confidence, skill, and a sense of joy.

We have a responsibility to ensure that each implementation we are involved with personally (i.e. each business we bring into our own team) is successful and delivering a great result for the owner of the business. Of course to do this well we must have a great relationship with the business owner AND the entire team of trainers that come on board with them. It is not enough to simply deal with your frontline - our business is built on great relationships and team spirit, and it is important that everyone in your business team frontline and downline have access to you personally.

You will be spending the vast majority of your time working directly with your frontline of course, teaching them and training them to be independent so that you are duplicating yourself through your team - BUT it is very important that you come together with your entire business line at least once per month to let them know that you have their best interests at heart. Whether you drop in to visit them at their studio, or you organize a team breakfast/lunch/dinner or you hold a monthly team conference call where everyone can dial in - make sure you are accessible and building relationships with the great people in your business team!

Take a look at our corporate intranet and visit the archive library at the bottom of the site. Take a look at all of the information that I have written. I have documented all of the key points of building the Juice PLUS+® business fast, and in these posts lies secrets that no one else knows. No one else has anything like Team JP Uni to help them to learn their business and to plug their team into to provide learning and training to save you time, and to ensure that the exact same training is being given to each and every team member that joins you in your business. All you need to do is get very good at the start up (which is documented also in a post), good at pointing your team members to various areas of the site for their learning, and in monitoring the progress of your team members so they achieve their express track.

We have a tried and proven business implementation model and it is your responsibility to know what that implementation model is, and to ensure that you are working with that model. This model will be discussed in a future training email - some of you already have experience with this model within your own fitness business, and some of you will not have had experience implementing this model to date. Whether you are experienced with it or new to it, this is a very important topic and it is fundamental to your success in the fitness industry on a large scale that you fully understand this model and are capable of implementing it with your new business team member. At Team JP we all have a responsibility to ensure a smooth and professional implementation of Juice PLUS+® within an existing business - that extends beyond just licensing the business owner and getting them started. We are responsible for providing them with a clear business plan, to assist them to get their initial business team structure in place with their trainers, to identify further areas for frontline growth, and to teach/train them to begin working with their team members to develop structure downline to begin working towards developing their Sales Coordinator business lines.
