Strategic Approach
It is important to understand that in joining the BDM Team you are moving into a full commercial business development role. You do not work for Team JP - you are working for yourself, as your own boss and business development manager but you are representing the Team JP brand out in the marketplace. The Team JP brand is what has allowed us to get to where we are as fast as we have. We are not like any other Juice PLUS+® team in the world, and no other Juice PLUS+® team or individual has ever been able to enter into commercial style business with Juice PLUS+® because they have not had the business development experience, the industry experience, or the vision that I have for what we are doing in taking Juice PLUS+® into the fitness industry on mass.

To be effective in this work and to achieve the objectives we must function as a professional outfit with a very clear understanding of what our mandate is - to ensure that we are growing our frontline business team with the owners of fitness businesses allowing us to quickly implement a structure with them which will allow them to reach the Sales Coordinator (and above) position quickly. I want you to understand very clearly WHY we are doing this, and what it means for YOU.

The Advantage of Developing Your Business Frontline With Fitness Business Owners:
It is very important that you understand fully what you need to do to become a National Marketing Director with NSA Australia so that you are generating a passive 6-figure income from your Juice PLUS+ business:

  1. To meet the structure requirements you must build a minimum of 5 separate Sales Coordi¬nator business lines
  2. To meet the volume requirements you will need to have a minimum of 4-5 “Qualifiers” in each of these business lines - that is 8 people who have built their customer base to a minimum of 40 customers that they continue to maintain
  3. The minimum monthly volume turnover required to attain the National Marketing Director position is $40,000 per month.
  4. As most customers are on the monthly instalment option each month the volume turnover that each customer gives you is $54.50 (on capsules) so dividing $40,000 by $54.50 gives you a total of approx. 735 customers in your entire business (you and all of your business team frontline and downline).
  5. Each “Qualifier” will have a minimum of 40 customers so dividing 735 by 40 will tell you how many “Qualifiers” you need in your business to generate the $40,000 monthly volume turnover required in this case approx. 20 will do the job - hence why you are looking for 4-5 “Qualifiers” in each of your 5 Sales Coordinator business lines.
With that understood you can begin to see why developing business with fitness business owners provides a very clear and distinct advantage:
  • The fitness business owner is likely to already have a team of personal trainers on staff or certainly one that they can approach (with your assistance) about joining the team to facilitate the movement of Juice PLUS+ out to their client base
  • It is therefore very easy to set the business owner up with a Sales Coordinator (and more in the case of the larger facilities) structure by immediately registering the personal trainers frontline to the business owner
  • Both the business owner and the personal trainers have a good warm market that they can immediately begin to recommend Juice PLUS+
  • Provided the business owner is strongly supporting the implementation and is prepared to encourage/motivate/lead team in the acquisition of Juice PLUS+ customers within the facility we know that we can achieve a 40%-50% uptake in the client base with a strong team of trainers who are excited about the opportunity to give themselves a self-generated pay rise by acquiring Juice PLUS+ customers.
We support the business owners and the trainers in the implementation of Juice PLUS+ within their fitness business providing them with:
  1. Customised Juice PLUS+ posters incorporating their business logo to passively market to their clients
  2. Exposure via our Wellness Partner marketing site www.wellnesspartners.teamjp.org and our Facebook Fan Page www.facebook.com/teamjpwellnesspartners by placing their business logo on these sites
  3. Wellness/Nutrition Presentations for the clients/members when we are asked to do so
  4. Full access to the Team JP University site where they can learn all about Juice PLUS+ and their business with Juice PLUS+
  5. Monthly business plans and daily assistance to help them reach their goals with us

POINT NO. 5 IS CRITICAL: IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WORK WITH YOUR TEAM TO ENSURE THEIR SUCCESS THEN PLEASE DO NOT BUILD A TEAM. WE SHOULD NOT EVER BE SUPPORT THINKING WHICH IS LIMITED TO HAVING A “SIGN UP CLUB” WHERE YOU SIMPLY THROW PEOPLE INTO YOUR BUSINESS AND LEAVE THEM HANGING OUT TO SHRIVEL UP AND DIE.

THIS IS THE NO.1 REASON WHY PEOPLE WILL FAIL IN THIS BUSINESS - A SPONSOR WHO IS LAZY AND DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE ENTERING INTO A BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP WITH THE NEW PERSON IS THE WORST ENEMY OF OUR BUSINESS.
THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT WE SHOULD EVER ASPIRE TO AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE WE ARE ALL ABSOLUTELY CLEAR ON THAT RIGHT FROM THE VERY START. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WORK WITH OTHERS FOR THEIR SUCCESS IN THIS BUSINESS THEN YOU DO NOT DESERVE SUCCESS YOURSELF.

Tools For Building Your Business
By now each of you should already be very well equipped to use the Team JP System to nurture and support your new team members. This is absolutely essential now if you are entering into business partnerships with business owners in the fitness industry. You must take responsibility for their learning and for their success. Your job here is not just to bring them on board into your team, but to ensure that they are very well equipped to do a great job with Juice PLUS+, and, that they are duplicating you through the development of their team with your hands on assistance until they are Sales Coordinator at which time your role changes to that of mentor/advisor and you do not need to be hands on in their business any longer. This is the key to powerful and dynamic business growth for your business.

The use of this site regularly is an important part of developing a strong team culture at Team JP and you need to be ensuring that your team are on this site at least 2-3 times per week. You should know each of the posts under each of the main headings and understand how to use these posts to teach and train your business team.
  • Facebook Fan Page - www.facebook.com/teamjpwellnesspartners this is our community, a place where again we reinforce the culture of the team giving them a destination to catch up with other Team JP members, to share, and learn and grow together as a team, and to keep up to date with what is happening.
