Howdy all! Some of you have been having crap days in the office, or at work and I've been hearing about it so I thought I would provide a little breath of fresh air for you. You DO have an option you know - all you have to do is get serious about it and set yourself free! No use whinging about how much you hate what you're doing, or how different you would like things to be.
Whinging does nothing to help you - all you will do is annoy the person you are whinging to who is already probably having a crap day all of their own OR you will ruin someones happy mood that is having a really nice day because they have to listen to you complaining about something they can do nothing about, and that has nothing to do with them!
STOP WHINGING AND START DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

I've had a tough day too you know! You're not the only one that has things to deal with, here is my morning:
- I walked the beach all the way up to the headland,
- it was warm so I had the hassle of taking off my jacket,
- the sun was shining so I had the hassle of making sure I had sunscreen on,
- the water kept lapping up onto the shore so I had to make sure my feet didn't get wet,
- then I was distracted by the view and my feet got wet,
- there was hardly anyone around cause everyone was at work - so what was I to do?
- I had to answer the phone 4 times to take 3 Juice PLUS+ orders and help another franchisee place an order,
- My coffee ran out just as I was approaching the top of the headland to look at the view,
- I had to turn around and walk back again and think of what I wanted for breakfast at my favourite cafe while I was doing that...
You know what though? As hard as this morning was - it was not very hard at all compared to what I was doing just 6 months ago when I decided that things were going to change and I DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT. 6 months of focused commitment was all it took to complete change everything - was it worth it?
What do you think?
One thing I do know - there is enough room on the beach for you to join me on this walk in the mornings and to sit and have breakfast with me as we plan where we want to take our business in the next 12 months... I have even reserved a seat for you on my favourite table.
