There is a secret to developing big profitable business fast in the NSA Juice PLUS+ Virtual Franchise Business, and I am going to share that secret with you in this post so get your pad and pencil ready to take some notes and to set some meaningful goals for your business between now and the end of 2010!
Having already built this business to National Marketing Director and as a long time close friend and business partner to many of the existing National Marketing Directors (including some of the big guns overseas) I can speak from my own personal experience and from the experience of those with amazing businesses already in place - this secret is universal....
EVERY NATIONAL MARKETING DIRECTOR IN THE WORLD HAS A MINIMUM OF 25 PEOPLE FRONTLINE IN THEIR BUSINESS TEAM - THE KEY TO BUILDING A LARGE VOLUME TURNOVER BUSINESS THAT IS PROFITABLE QUICKLY IS TO BUILD YOUR FRONTLINE BUSINESS TEAM TO 20 PEOPLE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Ask anyone in the Direct Marketing Industry to coin a phrase that describes our business and they will quickly tell you "It's a numbers game!" and indeed if you examine the business structure of the NMD's (National Marketing Directors) and indeed take a close look at your own business you will soon see that this is very apparent.
Why 25 people wide on my frontline?
The goal of the business builder that wishes to have a big business with NSA Juice PLUS+ (i.e. one that is providing $100,000+ pa income) is very simple... develop 5 Sales Coordinator Lines in your business and have an average monthly volume turnover of $40,000 per month (for 9 consecutive months minimum to ensure you have a stable business in place) and you have achieved the National Marketing Director position. So you need to find just 5 people who see the opportunity as you do, and are committed to developing this business with you.
Simple enough right? Of course... however, what makes the difference between those who achieve this goal quickly, and those who achieve it slowly (or not at all)?
Those who achieve it have understood the way the law of averages works in Direct Marketing and understood that the most important number of all - 25 minimum frontline team members.
Worldwide the numbers are the same - when you have established a frontline team that is 25 wide you will have more than likely established your 5 Sales Coordinator lines! It's uncanny, but it's just the way it is. The numbers work like this:
- for every 5-6 frontline team members you have you will likely have 1 strong team member who will build this business seriously with you and become a part of your core business development team
- this is known as "Pareto's Principle" or "the 80/20 rule" - 80% of your business will come from 20% of your team i.e. 1 in 5....if you want 5 Sales Coordinator Business Lines you will therefore need 25 frontline to find the ones that will build this with you all the way!
As you can see in the diagram above there are 22 frontline team members (I have numbered these to save you the time counting them!). You can also see that amongst this frontline team there is already 1 Sales Coordinator Line, and there are another 5 Senior Direct Lines. The rest of the frontline are sitting around at Virtual Franchisee or Direct Virtual Franchisee i.e. they really have not done a great deal over the past 14 months in developing their business. This is the case for a number of reasons.. some people want to register their license so they can access their own Juice PLUS+ (and for a few friends and family) at a cheaper rate, others really like the idea of the business and love their Juice PLUS+ but the time is "not quite right" for them to build the business...and others love the idea of having the business but don't like the idea that in order to have a successful business some work is involved! The reasons behind this phenomenon really are irrelevant...the only important thing is that the numbers are experience world wide, by all who have become NMD.

Take a look at the line that is developing below Quinten through Luke Fattore... count with me the number of frontline team members in Luke's business...1...2...3...4...5 and out of those 5, how many are going on to build the business with Luke? 1. So once again... 1 in 5! This should be very exciting to you now because if you understand this you can now go to work to get your National Marketing Director business in place!
Go 25 wide on your frontline as fast as you can and you'll be reserving yourself a seat at the National Marketing Directors Table!
