Accessing and understanding your business Downline Growth and PV Report

The report that I am going to talk about is your “Downline Growth and PV Report” and is available by going to My Team Data -> Former Reports and then going to Report 3.

This report shows a number of key items for you in tracking your business growth and progress as follows:

  • Ttl = your current position title (DD is Direct Distributor)
  • Title Dt = the month that you achieved your current Ttl
  • Promo PV = the total volume you have done in your business to date including the volume of your downline team
  • Reqd to Qualify = the amount of volume you need to do to achieve the next position in the Sales and Marketing Plan via the cumulative method. This does not reflect the amount required if you are express tracking to any position. For the volume requirement when express tracking to any particular position refer to the current promotion that may be running or obtain clarification from Linda/Jenny at Head Office.
    • If you are moving to Senior Direct Express Track via the current promotion 7-1-7 program which works like this:
      • A total of 14 PC capsules orders done over a 2 month period (or sooner)
      • 1 new team member with 5 orders in their first month (and this must also occur within the 2 month period of your express track which starts from the date of your first PC order)
      • One thing to be very mindful of whenever there is ANY reference to a number of PC orders this is always capsules orders. Head Office talk about PC’s orders rather than volume because it is easier for new people to understand however I personally find this confusing and misguiding. For example – the express track to Direct requires $1,000 volume to be done in the first 30 days. This is always spoken of as 5 PC’s BUT if you have 4 PC orders for capsules and 1 PC order for either gummies or complete then you will fall short of the volume target even though you have met the 5 PC requirement that is always spoken of. For this reason I always like to deal with VOLUME and not PC numbers
  • (Month) PBQ = The amount of volume that you have done in the month that counts towards your “Qualified Business”. This is made up of your personal customers + the customers of your new team members + the customers of your Direct 4% team members. Once a team member reaches the Senior Direct 9% position their volume no longer counts toward your volume for your “Qualified Business”.
    • A “Qualified Business” is one that has $1,800 showing under this heading (at this time Head Office is running a promotion where this has been lowered to $1,500 however from 1st January 2011 this will go back to the standard $1,800 unless otherwise notified).
    • Having a “Qualified Business” is very important as this allows you to be paid the 4% Team Performance Bonus on the volume created by anyone in your business team that has reached the level of Direct 4% or above.
    • The best way to ensure that you have a “Qualified Business” is to build your own personal PC base to 40 customers on the monthly instalment program. Here is why:
      • The PVC (purchase volume credit amount or the amount that is credited to you) on a box of capsules is $218.
      • If you have customers on the monthly instalment program this is divided over the 4 months = $54.50 per month
      • If you have 40 customers on the monthly instalment program this is equal to: 40 x $54.50 = $2,180 per month (which more than covers the $1,800 required for a “Qualified Business”). Working back the other way $1,800 divided by $54.50 = 33.027 (34 customers). As we know we do not have 100% customer retention I always teach that developing and maintaining a PC base of 40-50 personal preferred customers on Juice PLUS+ is a good way to go to cover the attrition. As a customer drops off here or there, simply replace them with a new PC.
  • (Month) POBQ = The amount of volume that you have done for your Promote Out Bonus Qualification – this is ONLY relevant to you if you are a Sales Coordinator or above and you have developed Sales Coordinator in your business at which time you are paid an additional 2% of the value that is shown under this column.
  • RN Dt = the licence renewal year
  • Pref Ct = the number of preferred customers
  • Custs PV = the total PV of preferred customers in the current month
  • Contst Column
    • Bul = the number of months qualified for PB (performance bonus)
    • 39 = the number of PB qualifiers in your downline from the last pay period
