Your First 2 Months - Express Track Your New Team Members

SPECIAL 7-1-7 PROGRAM TO EXPRESS TRACK TO SENIOR DIRECT

This is the program that I always work to with our new team members. It is important to get off to a good start, important to learn the basics in both talking with potential customers and potential team members, and to get you into commission positions as soon as possible to get your earnings going! You want to do this, and then you want to work with your new team members to make sure that they also do this.

So here is the way it works...

  • 7 PC’s (Preferred Customers) in your first month + 1 new team member (minimum) joining into your team (this is JP+ ORCHARD AND GARDEN BLEND CAPSULES customers as the volume target here is $1,500 if you have customers who are on only Gummies, or Complete, or Berry Blend for example you will have 7 PC's but you will not hit the volume required of $1,500.  This is very important to understand because the volume target for Direct 4% is $1,000.  The Company says 5 PC's but again it is 5 ORCHARD AND GARDEN BLEND CAPSULES customers otherwise the volume target will be not be achieved)
    • my recommendation is to shoot for as many new team members as possible as early as possible 3-5 is great and more is excellent! You can achieve this easily by sharing the opportunity video and getting your sponsor to help you chat with your contacts also - work together as a team!
  • Your new team member gets 7 PC's in their 1st month (or they get 5 PC's and you get 2 PC's for a total of 7 PC’s in your business in the 2nd month) - you want your new person to at very least achieve Direct 4% in their first month so that they are earning more from each box from their 2nd month on, and they have already achieved some early success which will motivate them and increase their belief that they can build this business.

  • Basically this means that you are getting 7-9 PC’s yourself over 2 months, and you have at least 1 new team member who get’s 5-7 in their first month. You can do 5 customers in your first month, and 4 in your second month - as long as you have 9 customers over the 2 months
  • You can also Express Track to Senior Direct without having ANY team members - you just need to do all 14 customers yourself over the 2 months.
When you complete this program you are rewarded with an additional $300 Bonus!

Let’s look at your earnings following this program:
  • Your first 7 PC’s (when you are a Virtual Franchisee): 7 x $39 = $273
  • 5-1 Bonus (min 5 PC’s in a month + 1 new team member) $150
  • Your other 10 PC’s (when you are a Direct Virtual Franchisee): 2 x $48 = $96
  • Your commission on your team members 5 customers: 5 x 4% of $218 (the wholesale price of a box of Juice PLUS+®) = $43.60
  • 7-1-7 Bonus: $300
  • For a total of: $862.60 Not bad for your first 2 months in the business and just 9 PC’s!

ADDITIONAL BONUS FOR TEAM BUILDERS: For each Express Track Senior Direct you develop frontline in your business you will earn an additional $300!

Duplicate this 7-1-7 Program with your new licensees to Express Track them through to Senior Direct 9% and you will establish some great momentum in your business and take yourself through to the highest commission position of Sales Coordinator!

BUT WAIT...THERE'S MORE!
  • For each month that you register 5 Preferred Customers there is an additional cash bonus - $75 the first month, $150 each consecutive month
  • For each month that you register 5 Preferred Customers + 1 new team member (minimum) there is an additional larger cash bonus - $150 the first month, $300 for the next 2 consecutive months, then $200 for each consecutive month after that
Make sure you fully understand how these programs operate by reading this post over and over until it sinks in. Using the Express Track program in your business is the best way to train your team because it places a sense of urgency on them getting on with the work! The No.1 thing that holds people back is their fear and doubt when doing something they are not used to - so here are some key points in your early learning as a business team developer:
  • ALWAYS WORK THE EXPRESS TRACK PROGRAM WITH ALL NEW TEAM MEMBERS
  • MAKE SURE THAT YOUR NEW PEOPLE ARE VERY COMFORTABLE IN THEIR PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WITHIN THEIR FIRST WEEK BY MAKING SURE THEY ARE READING THE INFORMATION IN THE TEAM JP MANUAL THAT COMES WITH THEIR "GETTING STARTED WITH TEAM JP AND JUICE PLUS+" EMAIL - YOU CANNOT EXPECT THEM TO DO THEIR WORK CONFIDENTLY IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FOCUSED ON THEIR PRODUCT TRAINING
  • BY KEEPING THEM FOCUSED ON ACHIEVING DIRECT EXPRESS TRACK WITH 7 ORDERS IN MONTH 1, AND SENIOR DIRECT EXPRESS TRACK WITH 14 ORDERS IN TOTAL IN THEIR FIRST 2 MONTHS YOU ARE DOING THEM AND YOUR BUSINESS THE BEST POSSIBLE FAVOUR BY GETTING THEM USED TO WORKING TO DEADLINES AND ACHIEVING IN THEIR BUSINESS - THIS SENSE OF URGENCY WILL GET THEM DOING THE WORK AND BY DOING THE WORK AND ACHIEVING THE FIRST 2 POSITIONS THEIR CONFIDENCE WILL GROW AND THEY WILL BE GREAT FROM THAT POINT ON!
