How Do I Register A New Team Member For Someone In My Team?

Registering new Team Members using the Virtual Office is very simple. Following the instructions below and you will be a pro very soon!

  1. Log into your Virtual Office www.nsaonline.com
  2. Go to "My Team Data" -> "Add New Franchisee"
  3. A page loads to enter the details of your new team member - fill in their details:
    • You must have a drivers license number or Tax File number
    • The items in red are mandatory and your application will not process if you do not have these details.
    • In the Sponsors Information section click on "Lookup FIN" this means lookup franchisee identification number and this allows you to select any team member in your existing team so that you can process the new contact as a franchisee for them
      • when the filter screen loads up simply place the first letter of your existing team members last name into the "Last Name" filter area so that you receive a list of only those whose surname starts with that letter (makes it easier to filter out all the team!)
      • click on "Show Report"
      • click on the license number of the team member who you want to add the new team member for
      • You will be taken back to the original screen and you will notice that your team members license number is now showing instead of yours!
      • You do NOT need to enter the sponsors license number - this is the one item in red you can leave.
      • If your contact does not have a valid email address you can enter none@none.com.au
      • If your new contact lives in an apartment you cannot use the format 34/75 Smith Street. You must have Apartment 34 on the first address line, and 75 Smith Street on the second address line in order for the system to process the order.
      • Your new team member does not need to have an ABN or Business Name when they start. If they do have one and they wish to run their Juice PLUS+ business under that name and number by all means include this information. If they do not have one, they will be contacted by Head Office when they are approaching $5,000 in earnings and it will be suggested that they get an ABN number. Without an ABN number Head Office will be required by Australian Business Law to hold onto 50% of the monthly earnings for tax purposes.
  4. Click the 2 "Accept" conditions in the Applicant Acknowledgment area
  5. Enter the credit card detail
        • select the type of credit card
        • enter the card number
        • enter the card expiry date
        • click on the "Submit" button
        • you will see a confirmation screen. You can add another team member at this point.
Congratulations! You have now processed your team members application into another team members business!
