New Team Member Registration Protocol

Everything you do in your Juice PLUS+ business duplicates through your business team because what they see you do, and what you do with them is what they will accept as standard procedure. For this reason you will want to make sure that you are doing it well and doing it correctly otherwise you will have a very ineffective and inefficient business team which will cost you and them time and income.

As an example – recently several new people have been registered into various teams and I have not been sent any notification of their name. These new people have been sent their “Getting Started with Team JP and Juice PLUS+” start up email (in some cases people have not remembered to change the username to one that is correct for their new person) and as I have not received notification of them joining the team, I have not set up their username and password to Team JP University. They try to log in and obviously can’t and this sets a poor tone for the new person starting up.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the registration of new team members is done correctly and via the standard protocol for registering new team members so please read the standard procedure below and apply it.

The Correct Registration Procedure:

  1. Register your new team member online using your Virtual Office: How to register new team members using your Virtual Office – you should still have them fill out and sign the licensee application for records as this has the terms and conditions for owning a Virtual Franchise. Keep the applications with you for record.
  2. You place their personal Juice PLUS+® order using your Virtual Office
    • As they will not have been assigned a license number yet you will simply process this under yourself
    • You then send an email to pcsupportau@nsai.com and ask that they transfer the orders you have placed for into their own license number as they have just registered their license.
  3. Send an email to loginsupport@teamjp.org with the name of your new person so they can have their username and password set up for the Team JP University Site (this will typically be the first initial of their first name + their last name e.g. jpilato)
  4. Send them the “Getting Started with Team JP and Juice PLUS+” standard start up email (with their username and password to the Team JP University Site – this is always first initial of first name + last name e.g. if the persons name is Gordon Gecko their username would be ggecko).
      • Remember - this was sent to you when you first started so you should have it to send on to others
      • If you do not have it then you can request a copy of it by sending an email to loginsupport@teamjp.org
  5. Within the Getting Started email is the "Week 1 Training Program Guide" - this is your bible when starting your new person and gives you a day by day guide to what you should be teaching your new person, what they should be reading and doing.  You must organise a time to call your new person every day during their first 7 days (the Week 1 Training Program timeframe) to answer any questions that they might have, and to ensure that they understand everything very well.  It is YOUR JOB to empower them and equip them to do the work well - if they are not doing it well then it is up to you to ensure that you train them well so that they do!
By establishing this protocol right from the start it means that even on the last day of the month when you register new team members you are also still moving volume and this is efficient. You want to establish excellent efficient protocols in your business because you will want to ensure that when your team numbers are large that you have an efficient team.
