Using Your PV Report to Track Your Qualifiers and Club Level Progress

Wherever you are in Team JP I hope that you are having a sensational Juice PLUS+® week and your Month is off to a solid focused start as you look to move to the next position with the company. I am really very excited to be National Marketing Director, and having achieved this position in record time, I know that what I teach is very effective in helping anyone that wants to have a large, successful, sustainable and profitable business with Juice PLUS+®. I am dedicated to working with you, to teaching you, and to provide excellent on-going support via the Team JP training environment.

Whatever you wish to achieve with your Juice PLUS+® business can and will be achieved provided you are prepared to do the work to build it. So on that note I want to provide some training regarding the use of your business “Downline Growth and PV Report” – this time in relation to QUALIFIERS:

What are Qualifiers?
Qualifiers are people in your business team that have a locked in minimum monthly volume turnover of $1,500 or more.

How do they become Qualifiers?
A person becomes a Qualifier in the Juice PLUS+® business 2 ways:
  1. They build a personal Juice PLUS+® customer base of 30-35 Juice PLUS+® customers (30 if they are all capsules customers, 35 if not to ensure that their monthly minimum volume turnover is $1,500)
  2. They build 6 separate business lines and each of these business lines has at least 1 Qualifier somewhere within them
To help new people become Qualified faster, NSA allows the volume of team members who are either brand new, or Direct 4% to count towards their personal total. Whilst this is excellent in the early days to help them, you must be aware that the business plan does not allow for lazy franchisees. A Qualifier that is qualified because they are using the volume of their new team members and Direct 4% team members, will fall off qualification once these team members reach Senior Direct 9% because this volume will no longer count to their personal total. To remain Qualified you then have 2 choices:
  1. You continue to sponsor new frontline team members into your business team and you use their volume to qualify until they reach Senior Direct
  2. You build your own personal Juice PLUS+® customer base to 30-35 customers – in this case you are Qualified in your own right, and you will never need the volume of team members to retain your Qualification;
Why is it very important for me to be a Qualifier (have a Qualified Business)?
The whole purpose of building your customer base to become a Qualifier is so that you are doing the most basic work in the Juice PLUS+® business – sharing Juice PLUS+® with others and building your personal customer base. This is fundamentally what the Juice PLUS+® business is all about. For those who have a business team being Qualified is extremely important because this is what provides the major part of your monthly business income as your business team grows!

NSA rewards those who are Qualifiers with an additional 4% Team Performance Bonus. This bonus is equal to 4% of the total volume turnover of your business created by any franchisees in your business team who are Direct 4% and above. For this reason you can see why it is very important to work well with your new team members to help them achieve the Direct 4% position in their 1st month via the Express Track Program. This is a VERY simple program which requires the new person to get only 4 customer capsules orders into the system in their 1st 30 days. The volume total required for achieving Direct 4% is $1,000 in volume turnover – 5 capsules orders at a wholesale value of $218 = $1,090 which takes them to this volume.

My last point on the achievement of Direct 4% by your new team members is this: If you follow the Team JP Training Program Team JP System - New Team Member Week 1 Training Guide which all team members at Team JP are asked to do as part of our duty of care for new team members, and you work properly/effectively and with commitment with your new person focused on helping them to secure their first 4 capsules orders (by doing an in home launch event where you present on health/nutrition/juice plus to their contacts for them), by doing 3 way phone calls etc then there is no way in the world that anyone who is doing the work with you should miss this easy commission promotion. When I see new people joining the team who do not reach Direct 4% I am flagged to ask them why this is, and how their sponsor worked with them to help them during their 1st month. I do this as part of due diligence on the team, and on our training to ensure that it is not the fault of the material we have at Team JP but rather a fault of the sponsor not doing their job or being accountable to the success of the new team member. I advise that as team leaders and business trainers that you are also looking at this in your business.

Why are Qualifiers important in my business?
It’s all about Club Levels! Club Levels are major milestones in your Juice PLUS+® business growth that ensure that you are building a stable, secure, long term, lasting and profitable business that will continue to grow and continue to provide a strong passive income for decades to come. Each Club Level with NSA is determined by the minimum number of Qualifiers in your business team. This number will fluctuate from month to month because not everyone gets the same amount of customers in the same months – e.g. if a new franchisee gets 30 customers in their first month, and then none for the next 3 months, they will be Qualified in month 1, but they will not be Qualified for the next 3 months. This is only true until the 2nd shipment of Juice PLUS+® is shipped to each customer because for the first shipment to a new customer the full wholesale amount is credited regardless of whether it is paid in full or monthly instalment. From the 2nd shipment onwards all paid in full orders will be credited in full, and all monthly instalment orders will only have ¼ of the volume credited for each month over the 4 months.

3 Club = 3 Qualifiers
12 Club = 12 Qualifiers $3,000 BONUS PAID
24 Club = 24 Qualifiers $5,000 BONUS PAID
39 Club = 39 Qualifiers $7,000 BONUS PAID
100 Club = 100 Qualifiers $10,000 BONUS PAID

The importance of Qualifiers in determining the profitability of your business is clear – each Qualifier is worth a minimum of $1,500 volume turnover in your business. So a 24 Club for example would have an absolute minimum locked in monthly volume turnover of 24 x $1,500 = $36,000 per month. As your passive income is paid as a % of your overall business volume turnover this number is a very important one for you to know and understand. Your monthly Juice PLUS+® business volume turnover and the number of PC’s running through your business each month are the 2 most important numbers in your business report from a profitability perspective.

How do I find Qualifiers in my “Downline Growth and PV Report” ?
The column on your PV Report which contains (4) above it is the one you need to be looking at. This is known as the monthly PBQ column or Performance Bonus Qualification column (for obvious reasons). As you scan down your list of team members you check the number in this column adjacent to their name and if this number shows $1,500 or more, then you know you have a Qualifier in them in that month.

If the number showing here is less than $1,500 you need to check the column marked Excess PB – this is the first column after the one marked (5). Excess PB means this – if a person has achieved more than $1,500 in personal volume turnover in any month (including the volume of their own customers, the customers of their new team members, and the customers of their Direct 4% team members), then NSA will credit this excess PB to the following month to help you qualify in the next month also. So if your person shows a total of $1,500 or more between column (4) and the Excess PB column then you know you have a Qualifier!

How do I use the report to help me monitor, inspire, and help my team members to become “Qualifiers”?
An excellent question – I am very glad you asked! When scanning the PV Report (at the beginning of every month so you have time to notify those who are close to various achievements and work with them to help them achieve it) look at Column (4) and the Excess PB column and identify those who are Qualified with a total of $1,500 or more. Highlight these people (pick a colour that represents your Qualifiers). Send out a message of Congratulations! to your Qualifiers letting them know they are appreciated and that they are doing a great job sharing Juice PLUS+® with others and inspiring great health!

Next – do the same but using a different colour highlight all of those people who have a volume total of $1,000 or more. These people now become a major focus for you as the leader of your overall business team. You want to send them a message of congratulations notifying them that they are well on their way (2/3rds in fact) to achieving the status of “Qualifier”. Explain to them that this means they are getting close to being awarded the 4% Team Performance Bonus and offer your assistance in helping them if they require it. Also make sure that your team leaders who are above this person in your business structure are aware of this person, and ask that they also make themselves available to help them. It’s all about Teamwork, and in business you cannot be lazy. These small tasks do not take much time at all in the beginning of the month, but finding these people who are close, and ensuring they are assisted and supported in achieving their Qualified Business will pay you over and over and over again for a long time to come!

Finally do the same but using a 3rd colour for all of those people who have a volume total of $500 or more. These are people that are active in building a customer base...they have done more than just a dribble of customers in your business, and they should be on your radar and the radar of your team leaders. Provide a message of inspiration and motivation to them – this lets them know that you care, and that you are there watching them and have not forgotten all about them.

How do I know how many PC’s are being processed each month for each team member?
If you take a look at Column (6) Pref. Cnt that is the Preferred Customers Count for the month so if this number shows 11 for example, this means that this franchisee has 11 customers that had volume charged against them in the month. This number is an easy way to track how you and your team members are progressing towards their 30-35 customers.
