For example: you have 8 hours in the work day, so you allocate 1 hour per task for your top 8 tasks. If you cannot finish the task in that time, you simply move it forward to the next day, and get on with the next task allocated. This allows you to move multiple projects forward all at the same time. Firstly, I knew that I always THOUGHT this way, I had just forgotten to LIVE this way. <br>The chapters that I most resonated with were Ch1 - Ch8....I don&#39;t know what happened but something shifted inside me after reading this book and taking notes. <br>I found I have become more connected to God and the Universe again and have an extraordinary belief in myself and my faith again. Words can&#39;t express how good it feels. <br>From this I rediscovered how important positive affirmations are to stay strong and focused to goals and to strengthen the belief within. The world is full of negativity, just turn the TV to CNN - however it is life - it is there. This is why Positive affirmations every day are critical to wash out the nasties. <br>I also remembered the importance of praying/meditating on ideas, picturing the end result and then seeing it happen. <br>What I ultimately gained from reading this book was the re-established belief systems within myself. In having faith 24/7 and a spiritual connection then only the sky is the limit because with belief, your vision and knowing what you want, no one will be able to sway you. <br>One of my fave quotes I read in the book was on obstacles: <br>- &quot;stand up to an obstacle. Just stand up to it, that’s all, and don’t give way under it, and it will finally break. You will break it. I really had to dig deep to be open to the religious aspects of it and not be judgmental; and you know, now I have finished it I can truly say I thoroughly got LOTS of messages from it and ever enjoyed it.<br>I think that despite not being religious, we can all take something from the essence of religion; in believing in faith and ourselves, our capabilities and holding strong to a positive outlook on all things in our lives. <br>I believe wholeheartedly that if you really want something and work as hard as you can towards it, then you will receive that - IF you BELIEVE you deserve it and have faith that you will succeed. I have volunteered in the Op Shop and have other donations underway; you can also volunteer in the Nomad Cafe or on the front desk.<br>You only need a few hours of your time and I promise you will meet the most amazing people there and all for FREE.<br>Or if you think you have no time then clean out your life and donate your old clothes, kitchen goods, bedding to the Op Shop.
